In a country like Egypt, big numbers of people rely on tips and tips for charity in their living. Based on that we may classify the Egyptians into two categories: Tips givers and takers. The takers do not hesitate in showing their need for the tips with different obvious styles. The giver may be a taker in different situations on different levels in his/her living. The givers are tipping with a feeling of " oh I'm good.. oh I'm respectable". However, everybody know that without tipping there will be no life for many tip-workers. The jobs that rely on tips may also be classified into two categories:
- Jobs that are given by employers with so low (or without) salary... such as home delivery services, gas station services, any low job and the great Egyptian government jobs.
- And jobs that are invented or voluntarily done by individuals to cover gaps in serving the people such as parking guards, baggage carrying and handling, street sales and houses cleaning .
The observations tell that the tipping culture and economy in Egypt is increasing so fast and that shows the tolerance of the Egyptian people in the "keep going" attitude.
In any measures, the explosion is coming?! but the Egyptians remain.. the unsolved .. the unmodeled.. the question mark itself!
What do they want? How smart they are? How stupid they are? How kind they are? How bad they are? Are they one kind? How the hell they keep living ?:)
In any case, I love them whatever they are and I wish if I could help them someday.
